Refund & Returns Policy
Every ZodiCat book is made to order.
Each book is personally generated from the birth details you provide (name, date, time, and place of birth) and printed just for you. Because it is a personalized, made-to-order product that cannot be resold, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
EU right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized. As every ZodiCat book is custom-made to your birth details, this exemption applies.
We will always make it right if something is wrong on our end. We offer a free replacement or a full refund if:
- Your book arrives damaged or with a printing/binding defect, or
- We made an error in producing your order.
To claim, email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a reprint or refund — no need to return the damaged copy unless we ask.
Errors in the details you provided. Because your book is generated from the information you enter at checkout, please double-check your birth details before ordering. If a mistake in the details you provided is spotted before printing, contact us immediately and we'll correct it at no charge. Once a book has been printed with the details as provided, we can produce a corrected reprint, which may be subject to a reprint fee.
Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once printing has started we can no longer cancel, as the book is already being personally made for you.
